The Reset is designed for women who are new to holistic health or not ready for a long-term commitment but want to start feeling better and understand their body more clearly. Over four weeks, you’ll receive one-on-one coaching with me and a recommended wellness plan centered around your specific needs. We will cover foundational habit changes and sustainable lifestyle shifts around nutrition, movement, mindfulness and overall well-being to calm your nervous system and allow your body to begin to heal.
Together, we’ll begin listening to your body’s signals and building confidence in how to respond to them. This is about creating early wins, clarity, and momentum…without pressure.

The Rebalance is for women ready to move beyond symptom management and begin addressing underlying imbalances. Together, we look at patterns behind hormonal fluctuations, gut symptoms, inflammation, or recurring flare-ups, and build a personalized plan to support your body more fully.
Over eight weeks, we’ll refine nutrition, lifestyle, movement, mindset, and nervous system support, with optional functional lab testing available to guide our work. This is where consistency builds and your body begins to respond more predictably.

The Transformation is my most in-depth level of support, created for women seeking deeper healing, accountability, and long-term change. With more time and ongoing guidance, this program allows us to fully integrate a deeper level of detoxification, nutrition, gut and hormone support, inflammation reduction, sleep regulation, movement, and mindset work.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll receive consistent coaching, adjustments, and support to help you build sustainable habits and confidence in your body. Functional lab testing is highly encouraged at this level and is thoughtfully selected together, helping remove guesswork and guide more precise, bio-individualized protocols.

I’m Meghan, an Integrative Health Practitioner and wellness coach guiding women as they reclaim their health from the inside out.
I support women navigating hormone imbalance, gut issues, endometriosis, chronic inflammation, and related symptoms by focusing on root-cause, holistic solutions. Together, we focus on restoring balance, energy, and trust in the body in a way that feels sustainable and manageable.
My work is deeply shaped by my own experience with endometriosis. For years, I lived with unpredictable pain and was repeatedly told there was no real solution. Feeling unsupported and dismissed pushed me to look beyond conventional answers and learn how to work with my body rather than against it. What began as a personal search for relief eventually led me to pursue a certification in integrative health coaching.
As I began applying what I learned, my symptoms slowly but meaningfully improved. Over time, I gained clarity, stability, and a deeper understanding of how the body communicates its needs. One of the most important lessons I learned is that symptoms often labeled as “normal” are signals asking for support, not something to ignore or push through. Today, I bring both lived experience and professional training into my work. I’m here to listen, support, and help you explore holistic, science-based approaches that feel realistic and aligned with your life. My goal is to help you feel more confident caring for your body and supported as you move toward lasting, sustainable wellness. I’m so glad you’re here!
