Understand your symptoms, restore balance, and rebuild trust
Living in a body that feels unpredictable is exhausting. What works one week can leave you inflamed, bloated, fatigued, or in pain the next.
I’m here to help you understand and address what’s driving your symptoms so you can move through your days with more ease, clarity, and confidence.
Together, we look at the full picture. Your history, patterns, stress load, and how your body actually responds. Then we build care around you, not another one size fits all protocol, pill, or surgery.

Do you
If you feel like your symptoms have taken control of your life, please know that I hear you. Your pain is real, and you are not alone.
I'm Meghan, a certified Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) guiding women as they reclaim their health from the inside out.
Like many women with endo, I spent years trying to understand what was happening in my body. Dealing with unpredictable pain was physically and emotionally exhausting. It affected every area of my life and prevented me from doing the things I loved the most. As my symptoms worsened, I felt more anxious, frustrated, and isolated. On the outside, I looked like your average 20-something – young, healthy, and active (on pain-free days), but on the inside, my body was inflamed, overwhelmed, and struggling to get by.
I finally hit a breaking point and opted for surgery, desperate for relief. They removed an endometrioma from my right ovary and endometrial tissue that had grown all over the outside of my pelvic organs. This confirmed my endometriosis diagnosis, and while it brought clarity and short-term relief, surgery alone was not an effective treatment. The pain returned six months later, worse than ever. This is when I knew I had to begin working with my body instead of pushing against it.
ABOUT ME
I made small changes to stabilize my blood sugar levels, removed foods and drinks that triggered inflammation, and supported my gut and immune system with targeted supplements. I tested my vitamin, mineral, and fatty acid levels, which eliminated the guesswork, and incorporated functional medicine detoxes to help my body release accumulated toxins. Equally important, I addressed chronic stress. I stepped away from habits, environments, and relationships that kept my body in fight or flight, and instead, I prioritized gentle movement, sought out supportive therapies like acupuncture and CBT, and began to rebuild trust with my body.
This journey led me to become an Integrative Health Coach focused on women’s health, an area of western medicine that is often underfunded, under-researched, and misunderstood. Drawing from my lived experience, training, and research, I now support women navigating hormone imbalances, gut issues, endometriosis, and chronic inflammation by helping them uncover root causes and create sustainable, realistic healing paths that honor their bodies and their lives.
“Since having my first child a year and a half ago, I’ve been struggling to get my hormones in balance and feeling back to myself. I was experiencing fatigue, low mood, problems with my thyroid, and struggling to find the time to take care of myself. Meghan was so empathetic to my concerns and supported me in creating a holistic plan that would fit within the busyness of my day to day life as a working mom.
Meghan is extremely knowledgeable, worked around my schedule, and was creative in creating a plan that was realistic and attainable for me. I can’t thank Meghan enough for the role she has played in getting me feeling back to myself!”
SEE WHAT PEOPLE SAY
“Meghan’s approach to helping me was the perfect balance of personal and professional. I had a laundry list of concerns and things I wanted to change and she was instrumental in my success. She helped me clarify and prioritize my health concerns and created a concise and attainable goals doc just for me. It feels great to be able to check these goals off my list and experience true and lasting results. I feel better today than I have in years and I wouldn’t be here without her help and support.”
SEE WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"After my first week working with Meghan, the biggest difference was how structured and simple everything felt. Having set meal times and easy, repeatable breakfasts and snacks made my days smoother and meant fewer dishes. I felt less bloated and stopped reaching for bread and fried foods.
Once I got past the initial adjustment, I actually had more time and energy to cook for my son and he even tried Indian food and loved it! Knowing exactly what to eat at meals removed so much stress. I also lost 8 pounds in that first week, which felt incredibly motivating."
